Ring URL (RURL)

R-URL or a Ring URL is dashboard connected to a dedicated campaign specific toll free number assigned to your account. The system will route the call to any phone number of your choice within one seconds without any interruption, however, it will capture the caller ID from the caller and reverse append the caller’s information including name, address, city, state and zip. If anyone calls your toll free number from a telephone that does not have ‘caller ID block’ will be captured and added to your dashboard.
