No matter who you are, no matter what your needs are, no matter who you are working with… at some point in time you will probably have a technical problem or a road block. Something will stop working or you will suddenly outgrow what you have.

Please understand that we do not claim to be better than other programmers or technical partners you may have selected. We happened to have experience in helping clients deal with difficult situations, abandoned projects or job done wrong.

If you find yourself in a technically hostile situation, go ahead and make an emergency call request. We have mastered the art of technical problem solving. We will ask you a series of questions, take a look at your immediate need, study the pressing issue and recommend an interim solution to take pressure off you and your technical partners. We become your technical diplomats and help you resolve the situation.

Here are possible scenarios we typically work on:

• Your scope and need has changed, your current team fails to realize the change.
• You feel that your current team is technically incompetent to handle the task at hand.
• The current team is in fact incompetent to handle the task at hand.
• Your current team thinks you are being unreasonable.
• You are actually being unreasonable.

• You and your technical team do not have your finger on the ‘real’ problem. No matter what your vendor does, your problem does not go away. You are frustrated because you are wasting time & money, your vendor is upset because they are doing everything you ask and they still fail to please you.

We will give you a free 90 minute call to discuss your situation and evaluate your alternatives & options. Often, in that 90 minute discussion we give you enough information and a recommendation that will help you get out of the current problem. If you and your technical team feels that we can provide value, we arrange for our tech team to assist your tech team. Together we decide who’s Project Manager should lead the project. We share very well. We have an ability to work with almost everyone.

Sometimes, you will just have to cut your losses, end your relationship with your current vendor, possibly sacrifice some or all of the work done by them and start over. This is the least desirable scenario. We hate to see a situation go on this path, but sometimes we just don’t have any other alternative. If this is how it is going to be, we will help you negotiate your exit strategy with your vendor, evaluate their work product to see if we can use some or all of the work they have done and put together a plan of action. As a courtesy, we will fast track your project and not charge you any rush charges.
