Customer Retention & Loyalty System

Signs bring them in but smiles bring them back

No retailer can succeed without some sort of marketing program to increase frequent visits and increased orders size.

eLaunchers.Com team has been working with independent retailers and retail chains for transaction focused marketing and loyalty programs since 1989. We have worked on complex multi-store programs for large national retailers, and we have also successfully worked for a small start up retailer in need of assistance with grand opening or liquidation sale.

The process almost always starts with data or lack of data. Retailers do a great job keeping track of revenues and expenses, some even go to the length of building a list of frequent customers so they can send out email coupons, but most retailers fail to build a connection between transaction and relationships.

We understand the complexities and problems associated with loyalty programs. Some retailers may not  have an ability to integrate a loyalty program in their POS without franchisor’s approval. Some retailers may not have access to internet in their stores. Most important, it is unreasonable to expect that your clients will actually go online, print out a coupon and bring it with them.

Our Marketing In A Box loyalty program is called ‘Wave & Save’. It all starts with a plastic loyalty card you will issue to your frequent customers. You present them a sequentially numbered form that has the corresponding sequence number on the plastic card. They give you their name, address, email address and cell phone number. You peel off the plastic card from the form and give the card to the client.

You can enter the data in the online system during slow hours or after store hours. The system will send out a welcome email to the consumer with a welcome coupon or welcome offer. Every time the client comes back they can show their card to receive the ‘weekly card member offer’. If they do not have the card with them, they can still take advantage of the loyalty rewards points. You give them their cash receipt and advise them to go to their club member home page and enter the transaction to earn the reward points. The system sends them a thank you email every time they enter a transaction, gives them points every time they refer a friend, give them point every time they print out a coupon, gives them points every time they enter a major purchase and send them a ‘You Got Points’ e-mail when they have enough points to redeem for a free offer. The entire system comes complete with point of purchase material, initial plastic cards with corresponding forms, a dashboard for you to do the data entry and a PowerPoint presentation that you can use to train your staff on your new loyalty program.
