We work backwards from subscription expiration date and build a sequence of 7 piece direct mail and/or email messages before the expiration date and 5 piece direct mail and/or email messages after the expiration date. We program the system to automatically stop the sequence when the prospect renews their subscription and moves the messages to alternate sequence with thank you message, upgrade membership, cross sale of products & event tickets. We firmly believe that there should be a separation of newsletter and content delivery from circulation and subscription renewal efforts.

Our membership website system allows your subscribers to login to the member lounge and access digital content that you want to share with members only. The member lounge technology also allows the subscriber to check their account, renew their subscription, view previous invoices and pay their bills online.

In addition, the membership lounge has tell-a-friend so your clients can refer your program to their friends. The Talk-Back line feature allows your members to send a message directly to your membership department with concerns or comments about their membership purchase.

Our cloud based system is built in PhP with available open API for seamless integration with your existing system. If your system can make or take an HTML post to/from an external source the multi-system integration becomes even easier. We can setup time triggered Trojan for batch synchronization if real time synchronization does not make sense.
