Event Marketing

If you own an event, a conference or a trade show, you will find yourself in a challenging marketing environment. Attendance is down, people hate to travel, exhibitors are not automatically renewing their sponsorship contracts and logistics costs are going up. When you team up with eLaunchers.Com, a leading direct marketing company to help you reach your top clients and prospects to invite them to your event, you will be able to take advantage of time tested proven direct marketing methods along with state of the art technology.

The Marketing In A Box program we are about to show you is a combination of techniques we learned while working for several trade show and conference companies in Boston back in 1991 to 1999 coupled with state of the art web technology and database marketing concepts. This concept was first used by us to help market Macworld 2001, the first major trade show in New York city after 9/11 attacks. While the logistics and dynamics of the concept has changed to accommodate the new age technology and media, the core concept remains the same.

The underlying idea is this: Provide a turnkey, done-4-u marketing communications vehicle complete with direct mail template, e-mail template, landing page and response management mechanism to participating exhibitors so exhibitor will market the booth (and your event) to their customers and prospects.

When your exhibitors bring their customers and their prospects to your events, it takes the pressure off the show owner to bring relevant floor traffic to the show floor.

We design a customized, 4 color, direct mail and email marketing sequence piece with an invitation that will be from your exhibitor and have a call to action to visit the exhibitor’s booth at the event by including an exhibitor specific offer.

A central on-line landing site will track the responses and all participating exhibitors will have a link to the central landing site where attendees can select you as one of the exhibitor they plan to visit. This information will be e-mailed to you instantly, as soon as the prospect registers on the site so you can contact the prospective attendee within minutes after they register for the show.

For an added impact, the exhibitors can even have their own private landing site where their clients can register to come to their booth, communicate with the exhibitor about what they want to talk to you about and whether or not they want to meet someone in particular at their booth. This information is delivered to exhibitor via e-mail instantly as soon as they prospect registers on the site so you exhibitor contact the prospective attendee immediately. You can even contact people who are interested in your services but are not planning to visit the show.

Furthermore, a ‘Tell-A-Friend’ Micro-site will facilitate word of mouse (on line version of ‘word of mouth advertising) for you and your exhibitors. Your customers and prospects can go to your Tell-A-Friend micro-site and invite others to go visit your booth or say nice things about you… giving you an on line referral. Customers talking to their colleagues… these messages get opened.

How It Works: The mail campaign is designed to give you measurable sales results. Exhibitor provides the names and special offer and we’ll do the rest. The direct mail Exhibit Hall Pass has several exhibitor-customized components in order to track the response rate. Once central database feeds information to direct mail & e mail distribution and your own private data locker tracks responses to your marketing program.

Security of Data: The data will be handled by professional mail facility that has been selected to administer the program. No one, not even the show owner will have access to the consolidated mail file. The consolidated mail file will be eliminated upon completion of direct mail & e mail campaign. Responses collected in an exhibitor’s private e-booth will not be shared with any other booth holder or third party. The show owner will have a consolidated list of attendees and a consolidated response dashboard.
